Taylor Henson is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and people operations, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at Sinch since June 2022. Taylor also holds the position of Acting Head of the Global Talent Acquisition Community of Practice. Previously, Taylor worked at Mailgun by Sinch, where roles included Director of Global People Operations and various positions in talent acquisition and HR program management from December 2017 to March 2023. Prior experience includes serving as an Account Manager and Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems from June 2014 to November 2017, as well as an At-Home Advisor at Apple and a Mobile Sales Consultant at Best Buy. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a concentration in professional selling from Texas State University-San Marcos and completed high school at Marble Falls High School.
