Shahzad Ismail is an experienced professional in knowledge management and community engagement, currently serving as the Head of Knowledge Management at Sinch since November 2020. Prior to this role, Shahzad was the Head of Community and Knowledge Management at SAP Digital Interconnect from November 2017 to November 2020, where responsibilities included designing end-user communities and driving engagement. Shahzad's career also includes positions as a Solutions Architect and Knowledge Architect at SAP Mobile Services from July 2006 to July 2018, and earlier roles as a Senior Technical Author at Symbian and Transoft, focusing on documentation management and technical writing. Shahzad holds an MSc in Information Technology and a BSc (Hons) in Physics from Queen Mary University of London.
