Heather Arrington is currently the Vice President of Customer Support at Sinch, a position Heather has held since October 2021. Prior to joining Sinch, Heather served as the Vice President of Deliverability Services & Technical Support at Mailgun Technologies, Inc. from July 2019 to October 2021. With extensive experience in various leadership roles at Rackspace from February 2006 to July 2019, Heather has a proven track record of effectively leading service delivery teams and managing key accounts. Heather holds a Bachelor's degree in Advertising/Public Relations from Texas Christian University.
