Walter Cavalcante's work experience includes being the Co-Founder and CEO of Sinapse Finance, a CFO-as-a-Service company, since 2018. Walter is also currently a Scale-Up Endeavor 2023 participant at Endeavor Brasil. Previously, they served as a Partner at Supernova Ventures from 2018 to 2019, where they provided capital market and business expertise to support innovation. From 2016 to 2017, Walter was the CFO at ERPFlex Software de Gestão, leading a cross-functional team of twelve. Prior to that, they had various roles at Via Varejo SA, JK Capital, Alliar, Anhanguera Educacional, Agrupe, and Liga de Mercado Financeiro FEA-USP.

From 2007 to 2013, Walter Cavalcante pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance at USP - Universidade de São Paulo.
