Jeffrey Papa, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in higher education and executive coaching, currently serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the College of William and Mary since November 2016. In parallel, Jeffrey holds the positions of Executive Coach and Executive Search Consultant at Archer~Martin Associates, and Consultant and President at SimpsonScarborough, both roles starting in January 2016 and January 2009, respectively. Previously, Jeffrey was a Faculty Member at Drexel University from December 2015 to July 2017, and served as Executive Vice President at Carnegie Communications from 2000 to 2009. Jeffrey began their career in admissions as Director of Admissions at Randolph-Macon College from 1988 to 2000. Academically, Jeffrey holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Maryland, an MEd in Student Personnel from Kent State University, and a BA in Psychology from the same institution.
