Kate Sinclair is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where Kate has held various positions from Associate to Partner since November 2006. Prior to this, Kate Sinclair worked as an Associate and Trainee Solicitor at Clifford Chance from March 2002 to November 2006. Kate Sinclair obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law (BCL) degree from University College Dublin and furthered legal education at Nottingham Law School between 2000 and 2001.
