Jessica Paluch Hoerman has worked in several roles since 1995. Jessica Paluch began their career at Deloitte as a Manager of International Tax. In 2009, they moved to TorHoerman Law, LLC as an Attorney and Marketing Director. In 2016, they became an Attorney/Owner at TruLaw, providing legal and safety information about drugs, medical devices, and chemicals used by consumers. In 2019, they founded and became CEO of SimplyConvert. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as Weekends with WEM.

Jessica Paluch Hoerman began their educational journey in 1987 when they attended Northern Illinois University for Pre-Business. Jessica Paluch then transferred to Loyola University Chicago in 1989 and obtained their BBA in Accounting in 1992. Jessica Paluch then attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology from 1992 to 1995 and obtained their JD.
