Viktoria Nalyvaiko has a diverse work experience in the customer support and quality assurance fields. Viktoria started their career at MTS Ukraine as a Contact Centre Representative in customer service from October 2010 to March 2012. Viktoria then transitioned to the role of a Contact Center Representative in retention and sales, where they worked from March 2012 to April 2016. This experience equipped their with strong communication and problem-solving skills. In 2016, they joined Vodafone as a Team Leader Assistant for a short period from May 2016 to July 2016. Subsequently, they joined SimplyBook.me, where they worked in various roles. Viktoria started as a Customer Support Agent in August 2016 and served in that capacity until January 2017. Viktoria then became the Head of Support from January 2017 to June 2020, showcasing their leadership abilities and expertise in managing customer support operations. Additionally, they took on a role as a Quality Assurance specialist in October 2019, where they demonstrated their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring product quality.
Viktoria Nalyvaiko began their education in 2005 and graduated in 2010 from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv with a Master's degree in English Language and Literature, General. In 2015, they attended LITS & Prometheus, where they studied Basics of Software Testing. Additionally, in 2008, Viktoria attended the University of Cambridge and completed a course in TKT, which focused on managing the teaching and learning process.
