Matthew Jonas currently serves as the Director of Asset Management at Simply Homes, Inc. since January 2024. As a Real Estate Investor at Private Endeavor since April 2016, Matthew has concentrated on a portfolio of multi-family properties in the Providence, RI area, focusing on value-add deals and exploring investment opportunities in mid-Atlantic markets. Previously, Matthew held positions such as Head of Asset Management at PadSplit, where efforts were directed toward ensuring tenant satisfaction and property maintenance for affordable housing funds. Additional experience includes serving as Housing Acquisition Manager at HubHaus, Asset Management Analyst at Jamestown, and Senior and Associate Consultant at KPMG, where extensive work in operations and procurement management was performed. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida and a minor in Business Administration from SKEMA International Business School.
