Sharon then transitioned into the education sector, working as a Recruitment Consultant at Teaching People ltd from 2001 to 2003, and later at Teaching Personnel from 2003 to 2004. In 2004, they joined Keep Education as a Recruitment Consultant before co-founding Simply Education Ltd in 2006. At Simply Education Ltd, they initially worked as an Events Director, leading the sales team before realizing their passion for events. Sharon now focuses on promoting Simply Education Limited at various events across the UK.
