Kulsum Waseem has a diverse work experience. Kulsum started their career as a Marketing Intern at Decathlon Sports India in March 2018. Kulsum later joined Decathlon Sports India again in September 2021 as a Sports leader, where they worked until May 2022. In August 2021, Kulsum also had a role as a Customer Experience Associate at Grexter Living, which lasted until August 2022. Following this, they worked as a Senior Sales Associate at Settl. from August 2022 to February 2023. Currently, they are employed at Simplilearn as an Inside Sales Specialist, starting from February 2023.

Kulsum Waseem completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Dayananda Sagar Business Academy in Bangalore from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they attended Sri Bhagawan Mahaveer Jain College from 2013 to 2015, where they studied physics, chemistry, mathematics, and biology as part of their pre-university course (PUC). Their early education was obtained at Shantiniketan Educational Institutions, where they completed their secondary school leaving certificate (SSLC) from 2003 to 2013.
