Manoj Agarwal is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and workforce solutions sectors. As the Founder and CEO of SimplifyVMS since October 2016, Manoj has led the development of an award-winning Vendor Management System that leverages advanced technology to enhance contingent talent sourcing. Manoj also serves as CEO of US Tech Solutions, a prominent global provider of talent and technology solutions recognized for its rapid growth in North America. Previous consulting roles include senior IT consultant positions at Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, New York Institute of Finance, Lucent Technologies, and Philips Medical Systems. Manoj holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, an Oxford Blockchain Programme certification from Saïd Business School, and has pursued entrepreneurial studies at the University of Michigan's KPMG Quantumshift program, in addition to an MBA from London Business School and a bachelor's degree from Osmania University.
