Christopher Mills, CCWP, currently serves as Vice President of Healthcare at SimplifyVMS, focusing on addressing the clinical labor shortage within healthcare systems. Previously, Christopher founded Beneficial Insight to aid healthcare systems in creating sustainable labor models. Christopher's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Cross Country Healthcare, Infosoft, AMN Healthcare, Trajectus, and Abacus Service Corporation, where Christopher specialized in workforce solutions and staffing strategies. With a background in technical consulting and account management, Christopher has a strong foundation in both IT services and workforce planning. Christopher earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Earth Science from Eastern Illinois University.
