Kim Mesecher is currently the Chief Operations Officer at Simplify Compliance. Kim has a long history of customer service and operations management, dating back to 1990 when they started as Manager of Customer Service & Circulation at M. Lee Smith Publishers. In 2005, Kim transitioned to BLR where they became the VP of Customer Operations. Kim held this position for 12 years until they left in 2017 to join Simplify Compliance. At Simplify Compliance, Kim is responsible for the company's overall operations, including customer service, product development, and finance.

Kim Mesecher attended Casper College, where they studied business administration and management. After graduating, they worked in various businesses in administration and management positions.

They work with Darin McMillan - Chief Sales Officer, Ben Polly - Chief People Officer, and Jim Robb - Chief Technology Officer. Kim Mesecher reports to Dan Oswald, CEO.
