Charlie Rockinger has worked in the IT industry since 1981. Charlie began their career as an IT Manager for a marketing contractor. In 1985, they moved on to become an IT Project Leader for a non-profit membership organization. In 1993, they founded and became CEO of Simplified IT Solutions, where they also served as an IT Consultant.

Charlie Rockinger has attended various educational institutions to further their knowledge of IT networking technology, Windows server and networking products, and Unix & C. Charlie has attended Global Knowledge, Microsoft, and Sun Microsystems.
