Tasso Kefalas has held a variety of roles in the telecommunications industry. Tasso has been the CEO of Simplex Wireless since 2022 and Practical Labs, Inc. since 2014. From 2006 to 2014, they were the CTO of Practical Labs, Inc., where they created and delivered strategies for products and services, managed financial budgets and tracked ROI on product life cycles, and evaluated and recommended potential acquisitions. From 1993 to 2006, they worked at Cingular Wireless in various roles, including Lead Member - Tech Staff (Data), Senior Member - Tech Staff (Voice), and Manager of IT Program Development. Tasso also held various field and HQ positions, such as IT Project Manager, Fraud Manager, and Roaming Manager.

Tasso Kefalas obtained a Bachelor's Degree from the University of South Alabama.
