Nupur Kapoor is an experienced Engineering Manager, currently leading the Reviews Employees and Manager experience team at Lattice since July 2021. Prior to this role, Nupur worked at Dictionary.com from March 2016 to July 2021, where responsibilities included managing a team of engineers for EdTech product development, serving as a Senior Software Engineer/Tech Lead, and contributing as a Software Engineer focused on CI/CD integration and cloud migration. Nupur also founded the Women Who Code network for the DC region, significantly growing the community to over 1300 members and hosting 100+ events in the first year. Additional experience includes software development roles at Beaconfire Consulting, CCC Solutions, and an early position at George Washington University as an Image Technician. Nupur holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya.
