Urmi Bhatt has worked in the telecom industry for over 7 years. Urmi began their career in 2014 as a NOC engineer at Simple Network Inc. where they were responsible for handling NOC operations and troubleshooting telecom network related issues. In 2016, they joined TELECOM COLLABORATION SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED as a Provisioning Engineer, Senior NOC engineer and Assistant Manager (Telecom Operations). In 2021, they moved to Simple2Call as an Assistant Manager (Telecom Operations).

Urmi Bhatt obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Computer Engineering from K.J.Institute of Engineering & Technology between 2010 and 2014.
