Jake H. has served as a Journalist and Evergreen Content Manager at Simple Flying since September 2020, also holding the position of Journalist and Innovation Lead. Jake's recent experience includes a role as a Volunteer Women's Football Writer at Since 71 from April 2023 to December 2023. Previously, Jake volunteered as an Onboard Steward and worked as a seasonal Booking Agent at The Steam Dreams Rail Co. from June 2018 to May 2021, focusing on customer service and safety-critical operations. Additional customer service roles were held at Tesco and Euro Garages Ltd, along with experience as a Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose & Partners. Jake earned a Bachelor of Arts in German Studies from the University of Leeds and studied at Heidelberg University during an Erasmus year.
