Amanda Armstrong-Frank is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workplace culture and diversity initiatives. Serving as Senior Director at Simon & Schuster since January 1994, Amanda leads the Diversity Council, fostering an inclusive and effective workplace across all company divisions. As the CEO and Founder of Diversity Consultant, Amanda focuses on advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within organizations. Additionally, Amanda co-founded StrongArm Events & Consulting and operates Amanda's Editing Room, providing editing services to aspiring authors. Amanda held the role of Director of Workplace Culture & Diversity Initiatives at Paramount from September 2020 to November 2023 and possesses a B.A. in Political Science from Long Island University.
