Loren Colter currently serves as a Sr. MEP Project Assessor at Partner Engineering & Science, Inc. since February 2024 and as Director of Operations V at Simon Property Group since June 2023. With extensive experience at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) EMEA, Loren has held roles including Engineering Manager, overseeing base building services for Amazon across more than 8,000,000 square feet, and has led engineering teams for JP Morgan Chase in Southern California. Prior positions include Senior Facilities Manager for AbbVie at CBRE Life Sciences and National HVAC Manager at Fitness International LLC. Loren holds a Business Management certification from Penn Foster Group, completed between 2016 and 2017.
