Jim Riccio is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in retail and operations management. Currently serving as General Manager at Simon Property Group since October 2012, Riccio oversees Copley Place, an upscale shopping mall in Boston, managing operations, financial budgeting, tenant construction, and security. Riccio previously held the position of Operations Director V at South Shore Plaza, where similar responsibilities were undertaken. Prior to Simon Property Group, Jim Riccio served as General Manager/Director at Airport Retail Management, Operations Manager at Lowe's Companies, and Co-Manager at Kroger, achieving notable sales and inventory control results. Additionally, Riccio's early career included the role of Regional Loss Prevention Manager at WHSmith, supervising multiple districts across numerous locations in the U.S.
