Micheal Obakhavbaye is a dedicated academic and professional with extensive experience in education and digital technologies. Currently serving as a Doctoral Student and Research Assistant at Simon Fraser University, Micheal focuses on digital literacy and learning design in K-12 education. In addition, Micheal holds the position of Team Lead at Mentor and African Child Initiative, coordinating program initiatives and managing resources. As a Fellow with Teach For Nigeria, Micheal contributes to educational initiatives. Prior research experience includes a role as a Graduate Student Researcher at the University of Hull, complemented by a strong academic foundation with a Master of Arts in Education-Digital Technology from the University of Hull and a Master of Science in Physics from the University of Lagos.
