Marisol Asbury currently serves as the Student Developer - Manager at Simon Fraser University, a position held since March 2017, where responsibilities include leading the design and development of programs aimed at closing performance gaps and fostering key competencies aligned with strategic priorities. Prior to this role, Marisol worked as the Learning and Development Manager at The YMCAs of Québec from May 2015 to March 2017, developing the first employee learning program at Arctic Wolf and facilitating engaging training sessions. Marisol also gained experience as a Learning Support Assistant at UNSW from February 2013 to March 2017, providing support to students in various learning environments. Early career contributions include serving as an Office Associate at Baylor School from January 2009 to February 2013. Marisol Asbury holds a Master's degree in Workforce Development and Training from Memorial University and a Bachelor's degree in Education from First Nations University of Canada.
