Oonagh Cullen has extensive experience in learning and development within the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Simon Community Northern Ireland since May 2017. Prior to this role, Oonagh held the same position at Victim Support NI since July 2007, where responsibilities included training staff and volunteers to support victims of crime and delivering specialized training on various forms of violence and abuse. Oonagh's earlier experience includes roles as a regional trainer with Women's Aid Federation from May 2002 to June 2007 and as a facilitator support at the Women's Resource and Development Agency from March 1997 to March 2002. Oonagh holds a Higher Diploma in Social Work from Ulster University, completed between 1985 and 1989.
