Hugo Garcia de Carvalho is currently the Director Commercial, Business Controlling and Costing Management at Simoldes Plastics in Europe & Brazil. Hugo also serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the company in Europe. Additionally, Hugo is a Supervisory Board Member at Naves Venture Capital and a Shareholder at SpringboardVenturesPT. Hugo was a Member of the Board of Directors at Valorpneu and has held various managerial positions at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, including Country Manager for Portugal. In the past, Hugo was an Entrepreneur at Blueprint Portugal, Country Manager at Levi Strauss & Co, and National Sales Manager & Negotiator at Pernod Ricard. Hugo holds a Senior Executive Program degree from IESE Business School, an MBA from AESE Business School, and has completed various other executive education programs in leadership and marketing.
