Mark Challis possesses extensive experience in radio technology and engineering, with a career spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Technical Support Engineer at Simoco Group since July 2010, Mark excels in testing, fault finding, and repairing radio products, while also providing technical support to dealers and collaborating with development teams. Previously, Mark held senior repair engineer roles at Simoco Radio and Simoco Europe, conducting repairs to component level and developing new infrastructure. Early career roles include PCB Repair Engineer at Philips Telecommunication and Test Engineer at Pye Telecommunications, complementing a background that includes a degree in Digital Electronics from Harlow Technical College and certification from the Radio Amateurs Examination.
