Kelly Wheeler is a seasoned litigation attorney with extensive experience in representing clients in various legal matters, particularly in opioid litigation and pharmaceutical mass torts. Currently serving as a Litigation Attorney at Simmons Hanly Conroy LLP since July 2024, Kelly previously held similar positions at The Nemeroff Law Firm and Baron & Budd, P.C., where representation focused on states, municipalities, and plaintiffs affected by the opioid crisis and other significant legal challenges. Kelly's earlier career included leadership of the pharmaceutical mass tort department at The Nemeroff Law Firm and an associate role at McCathern, PLLC, managing personal injury and wrongful death cases. Kelly earned a Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from the University of Notre Dame.
