Leslie Woods is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and retail sectors. Since September 2017, Leslie has held multiple positions at Simmons Bank, currently serving as VP, Market Retail Manager, and previously as Treasury Management Officer, Financial Center Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, and Assistant Financial Center Manager. Prior to joining Simmons Bank, Leslie spent nearly a decade at Brookshire Grocery Company, where roles included Retail Training Specialist for Zone 5, responsible for organizing and conducting educational training programs, as well as Certified Deli Manager and Certified Bakery Manager. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix, with additional educational qualifications from the University of Central Arkansas, Strayer University, and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
