Prior to establishing Simitri, Guy spent 13 years in the investment banking industry running the Global Securities businesses and sales teams for 4 multinationals across Asia.
Guy’s focus for the last 15 years revolves around two main areas of people development: working with executives and senior business managers improving their communication, persuasiveness and leadership skills, plus the training and development of all of Simitri’s consultants and facilitators.
As a facilitator, Guy has worked in various industry segments including Banking and Finance, Chemicals, IT, Government, Telecoms, Pharmaceuticals, Property, Mining & Resources, Consulting, FMCG, Transportation, Advertising and Manufacturing.
Guy has appeared on radio and TV, facilitated business meetings and spoken at numerous events. He has coached motivational speakers and world champion athletes.
