Rabindra Mishra is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in IT and technical recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Recruitment Executive at Simform since June 2023, Rabindra previously held the position of IT Recruitment Lead at Solvex Solutions from September 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing a recruitment team and overseeing the hiring process for various IT roles for global investment banks in Poland and Europe. Earlier, as a Technical Recruiter at eTeam from February 2019 to September 2020, Rabindra handled full-cycle recruiting for prominent Fortune 500 companies. Rabindra holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Sal Institute of Technology and Engineering Research.
