Corne Eloff serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Simera Sense since February 2023, focusing on satellite optical payloads. Prior experience includes holding the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Pinkmatter from September 2020 to February 2023, and serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in the same organization. Eloff worked at Airbus Defence and Space from May 2013 to August 2020 as Head of Business Development, overseeing business development and sales for space-related products and services in Southern Africa. Early career includes serving as Director of the Earth Observation unit at the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research from January 2000 to April 2013. Academically, Corne Eloff holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science, a Bachelor of Laws, a Doctor's Degree in Criminology, an MBA in Business Administration, as well as honours and bachelor’s degrees in Criminology, all obtained from the University of South Africa and North-West University.
