Ernaz Moghaddam is a senior executive at Sime Darby Property since October 2022, with previous experience as a commercial executive at SW1 Solutions and a senior project executive in cost management at Arcadis. At Arcadis, Ernaz Moghaddam contributed to all aspects of quantity surveying, including cost estimation, preparation of contractual documents, and tendering exercises. Earlier roles included graduate trainee at Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad, focusing on project monitoring, and practical student at UEM Sunrise Berhad, conducting technical inspections during project handover stages. Ernaz Moghaddam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Survey from Universiti Sains Malaysia and a Pra Diploma in Civil Engineering from Kolej Matrikulasi Teknikal Pahang.
