Jake Lance is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Simbe since January 2025. Prior to this role, Jake was a Senior Technical Recruiter at Bear Robotics from July 2021 to December 2024, where responsibilities included leading recruitment efforts across the USA and Europe and managing full-cycle recruitment processes. Previous experience includes technical recruiting at EngTal, client account management at CDW, founding and managing Cushy Cloud, and serving as an Export Specialist at Global Logistical Connections Inc. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Economics from the University of Illinois Chicago.
