Jason Salazar is an experienced Plant Manager at Silvi Materials since June 2020, where leadership and operational oversight are key responsibilities. Previous roles include a Full Time Intern under the Engineering Co-Op at Sigma Design Company, where design and assembly of specialized equipment for Philips Medical were primary tasks, alongside creating engineering drawings. As a Full Time Intern under the Naturals Co-Op at Givaudan Flavors Corporation, Jason contributed to achieving Lean Silver Certification through plant-wide 5S projects. Additional experience includes a Full Time Intern position at Dr Pepper Snapple Group, focusing on quality projects and equipment monitoring. Jason holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, completed in 2020.
