Bert Hernandez currently serves as President of Silversea Cruises, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Bert was Senior Vice President of International at Royal Caribbean International from March 2022 to April 2024. Hernandez has an extensive history with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., where leadership positions included President of Royal Caribbean International in China, Chief Operating Officer of Azamara Club Cruises, and Vice President of Finance, Corporate and Revenue Strategy, and Itinerary Planning. Earlier in their career, Bert was Vice President of Revenue Management at Celebrity Cruises from 2011 to 2013. Academically, Bert holds an International MBA from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a B.A. in Philosophy from Davidson College.
