Emily Kapanicas is an experienced concierge currently working at Silverleaf Club since December 2021, where the focus is on accommodating member needs on the golf course. Previously, Emily served as an educator at lululemon from October 2019 to November 2022, enhancing customer experiences through product education. In addition, Emily worked as a barista at True Food Kitchen from October 2018 to August 2020, while balancing full-time studies. Earlier roles include hostess positions at Mastro's Restaurants and JADE PALACE. Emily holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from California Coast University, completed in April 2023, and attended Scottsdale Community College from 2018 to 2020.
