Marvin Hossain has a wide range of work experience, beginning with a role as a Forex Analyst at Mesirow in 2005. Marvin then moved to Lehman Brothers in 2006 as an Analyst. In 2008, they founded Transhaul Logistics. In 2020, they became a Board Member of the Shedd Aquarium Auxiliary Board, and in 2022 they became a Board Member of Caden James Condominium Association and a Director of Business Development at SilverIP. Prior to this, they held the same role at Everywhere Wireless from 2012.

Marvin Hossain received their Bachelor's degree in Finance/Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois Chicago. Prior to that, they attended Batavia Sr High School.
