Carlos Rivera serves as the Director of Plant Operations at Silverado since August 2018, demonstrating strong leadership and operational management skills. Prior to this role, Carlos held the position of Maintenance Supervisor at Drucker + Falk, LLC from January 2012 to July 2018. Carlos's educational background includes a Technical degree in CAD/CADD Drafting and Design Technology from Liceo de Arte y Technologia, attained between 2009 and 2011, as well as earlier educational experiences at American University of Puerto Rico (2000-2002) and Ladislao Martinez (1992-1995).
