Arianna C. Kossie is an accomplished Engagement Specialist at Silverado, where responsibilities include organizing and leading memory enrichment activities, encouraging resident participation, and implementing music therapy treatment for older adults with Dementia. Kossie has a diverse background in music therapy, having served as a CBCF Fellow at the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation and as a Communications Fellow at the U.S. House of Representatives. Previous experience includes internships and practicums at various institutions, where Kossie focused on improving the quality of life and emotional expression for individuals across different demographics, including adolescents with eating disorders and older adults with dementia. Kossie holds a Master of Music Therapy from Texas Woman's University and a Bachelor of Arts in Music Performance from Grambling State University.
