Mark Abutair P.E. QSD-QSP is an experienced Project Manager and Estimator with over three decades in the construction industry. Currently serving as a Project Manager/Estimator at Silverado Contractors Inc. since June 2012, Mark specializes in SWPPP development, project management, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication. Previously, Mark held the position of Senior Project Manager/Estimator at Ferma Corporation from July 1992 to May 2012, overseeing projects ranging from $200,000 to over $25 million, and managing quality control for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Mark holds a Master of Civil Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering & Construction Management from the University of Jordan.
