Heather Grant is an experienced administrative professional with a diverse background in public safety and customer service. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant to the Project Managers at Silver Star Communications since July 2021, Heather previously held roles as a Public Safety Dispatcher for Teton County Sheriff and as a Business Owner for Carnivore K9, which specializes in RAW ancestral diet products for dogs. Additional experience includes serving as a Communications Supervisor at Maine Turnpike Authority, a 911 Dispatcher for the City of Portland, a Firefighter/EMT-I for the Town of Windham, Security Officer at Mercy Hospital, and multiple positions in customer service within the insurance industry. Heather holds certifications and training in law enforcement and fire science, alongside an apprenticeship in herbalism.
