Ryan B. is an experienced Solutions Architect at Itron, Inc., with over 20 years in IT, focusing on modernizing utility business processes and infrastructure through innovative technology. Since July 2016, Ryan has led architectural design for major investor-owned utilities and regional cooperatives, facilitating the integration of Itron's solutions with legacy systems and promoting collaboration between product engineering and clients on energy issues. Previous experience includes roles at Silver Spring Networks, American Electric Power, where Ryan contributed to the design and documentation of Smart Grid solutions, managed system support, and developed critical applications. Ryan holds a BS in Computer Science from Franklin University and has prior education from The Ohio State University and Allegheny College.
