Dylan Mascarenhas is a Counselling Psychologist currently working at Silver Oak Health since July 2023, specializing in corporate settings to foster open and empathetic interactions with clients. Previously, Dylan served as a School Counsellor at Inventure Academy from July 2021 to August 2022, addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, and academic stress through an eclectic approach. Early career experiences include internships as a Clinical Psychologist Intern at the National Institute for the Empowerment of Persons with Intellectual Disabilities and the All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, which provided comprehensive training in diagnosis, assessments, and intervention. Dylan also worked as a Special Educator at Anirvedha, developing therapy plans for children with developmental disorders and intellectual disabilities, and as a Content Writer at Myrahkii. Dylan holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Mangalore University, completed in September 2020.
