Andrew Castleman possesses a strong background in finance and consulting, currently serving as an Operating Associate at Silver Lake since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company as a Senior Business Analyst and Business Analyst from August 2022 to July 2024. Andrew co-led Princeton University Nonprofit Consulting as Co-President while participating as a Project Manager and Consultant from September 2019 to May 2022. Additionally, Andrew gained experience as a Private Equity Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley and as a Winter Investment Analyst at Kendall Park Partners LLC. Andrew's internship experience also includes a position as a Private Equity Intern at NewSpring Capital.
