John Gambon is a graduate of Missouri State University, where they majored in Entertainment Management and minored in Theatre. Since 2020, they have worked in the entertainment industry, initially as a team member on the Steam Train at Silver Dollar City, and currently serve as the Senior Team Lead overseeing not only the train but also the Flooded Mine and Half Dollar Holler. In their role, John is responsible for training new team members, scheduling shifts, and conducting yearly performance assessments. They have contributed to significant events, including the 2022 and 2023 Super Bowl and the NCAA Final Four, showcasing strong communication skills and experience in event management.
