Jeff Pace

Jeff Pace is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management and customer service. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at Kenmore Air Harbor, LLC since May 2022, Jeff has also held significant roles as General Manager at various Silver Cloud Hotels from 2014 to 2022 and at several Hyatt properties from 1999 to 2012. Notable achievements include overseeing major hotel expansions, increasing sales and profits, and earning accolades such as Hyatt Hotels Operations Manager of the Year. Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and has foundational education in Hospitality Management from City College of San Francisco.
