Andreas Mannseicher is an experienced professional in corporate development and management consulting, currently serving as Director and Head of Corporate Development at Siltronic AG since January 2023. Previously, Andreas held the position of Manager and Project Leader at goetzpartners from 2020 to 2022, focusing on strategy, M&A, and transformation. Prior experience includes management consulting roles at Alvarez & Marsal from 2016 to 2020, with a focus on M&A, performance improvement, and restructuring, as well as investment management at Allianz from 2014 to 2016 and investment banking in M&A at Commerzbank AG in 2013.
