Gavin Knapp has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as Branch Manager and previously as Inside Sales Representative at Silmar Electronics, Inc. since September 2018. Prior to that, Gavin worked at T-Mobile from April 2016 to September 2018 as a Closed Loop Specialist, focusing on improving customer experiences through targeted campaigns. Gavin also held the position of Customer Service Representative at T-Mobile from November 2014 to February 2016 and began the career at Men's Wearhouse as a Customer Service Associate from December 2012 to October 2014. Educationally, Gavin completed a diploma at Wauwatosa East High School in 2012.
