SilMan Smart
SilMan is a 21st Century Industrial start-up based in the San Francisco Bay Area city of San Leandro, California.  The SilMan approach encompasses a commitment to classic Tradesmanship and Engineering infused with contemporary Technological and Collaborative methodology.

History and Success
SilMan was established in 2008 as a service provider for the manufacturing sector.  Today the firm is active nationwide partnering with leading companies from a broad base of industries within the Automotive, Manufacturing, Parcel Handling and Distribution Sectors, as well as major municipalities, including Airports, Public Transportation and Utility Infrastructure. 

SilMan’s rapid expansion is a result of a personal promise of Expertise, Quality, and Service made by every Team Member.  This promise remains as a living force in the company today and is visible on every project.
